STORY:
This is easily one of the most beautiful places I've ever found myself in.
It's called Upper Antelope Canyon and you can only access it via guided tours that only the Navajo can offer.
The entire canyon is within the protected holy land of these Native Americans.
This truly makes it even more powerful being there.
Walking through this slot canyon hearing stories about their ancestors from a very own Navajo tribe memeber was incredibly moving. Almost to the physical plane.
When it came time to see the magical lightrays beaning through this other wordly place I couldn't stop but think of the spirit of their ancestors in preserving this land.
The lights kept dancing for a little longer and as quick as they came, they were gone.
However, the particular energy I felt in that moment most definitely didn't.
I left this place with a newfound appreciation for nature that i still carry with me to this day and I thank the spirit of the atelope for that.
